Merger Brings EasyMed Services SA. Swiss medical and health technology provider to Canada

TORONTO, ONTARIO - (February 16, 2010) - InCana Investments Inc. (CNSX: IIN) ("InCana" or the "Company') is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the previously announced acquisition of EasyMed Services SA (EasyMed�).Pursuant to the terms of the arrangement (the "Arrangement�"), InCana has acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of EasyMed (1,155,600 common shares) by issuing 12,000,000 convertible preferred shares of the Company, convertible into common shares of the Company upon receipt of shareholder approval of the Arrangement. During the shareholder vote, the Arrangement received strong support from InCana's shareholders. Also pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement, the Company plans to effect the name change to EasyMed Services Inc with the regulatory bodies and issue 12,000,000 common shares of the company.

 EasyMed consists of proprietary software, contracts, and a cash position of approximately CDN$600,000.

 In addition, InCana shareholders also approved the election of five new members to the Company's board of directors - Dr. Carmelo Bisognano Mr. Thomas Wacinski, Mr. Jared Scharf, Mr. Sonny Janda and Mr. Vinod Harjani as well as the appointment of three new officers of the Company - Dr. Carmelo Bisognano as CEO, Thomas Wacinski as CTO, and Jared Scharf as CFO.
