EasyMed Service Inc. Implements corporate service agreement with Temenos India

TORONTO, ONTARIO (May 24, 2010) “ EasyMed Services Inc. (CNSX: EZM) ("EasyMed"�or the "Company"�) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into service agreement(the Agreement�) with Temenos India Pvt Limited ("Temenos"�), the India subsidiary of Temenos Group AG.

As outlined in the Agreement, Temenos will offer from first week of June 2010 EasyMed's
mobile phone and internet-based health application to Temenosâemployees and their family
members.

These services, as described in a Company news release dated April 23, 2010, will include:

* Medical reminders
* Personal Health Passport
* Health Tips
* Geo Locator
* Drug Database

Initial implementation has begun with Temenos’ management team to provide a help desk and
support team for their employees and family members to benefit from the range of services
offered by EasyMed.
