EasyMed Services Inc. Engages EKN Financial Services Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO – (Nov 2, 2010) – EasyMed Services Inc. (CNSX: EZM - "EasyMed" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged EKN Financial Services Inc. ("EKN" or the "Agent") of Melville, New York to assist the Company, through EKN’s industry contacts, in commercializing its suite of electronic portable medical record products and to arrange a brokered private placement financing for securities of the Company.

EKN’s consultative efforts, based on its industry experience and contacts in the field of electronic medical records, will center around seeking strategic relations leading to the commercialization of the company’s products by institutional adopters. The private placement will consist of an offering of the Company’s securities for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000. The details of the private placement including pricing and type of securities have yet to be determined and will be finalized once the offering memorandum is completed.
