EasyMed Services Inc.announces close of funding with EKN NY and comments on acquisition of revenue generating databases .

TORONTO, ONTARIO – (June 21st, 2011) – EasyMed Services Inc. (CNSX:EZM) (“EasyMed” or the “Company”) announces that it has determined not to seek a further extension of the pending funding with EKN NY.

The Company is actively engaged in several negotiations regarding possible strategic relations and funding prospects which will on completion more favorably impact the company’s financial terms.
In addition, The Company is pleased to annouce the finalization of the agreement to acquire the Lifescience-Portal and Lifescience-Online from Generix Group SA (Generix). The two companies had previously signed a protocol that allowed Generix to consolidate and distribute the Lifescience platforms developed by EasyMed.
In view of the rapid growth and development of EasyMed, an agreement has been finalized by both companies to reintegrate those assets and revenue into EasyMed. These biofinance portals, comprehensive databases and subsequent revenue generated add considerably to the current EasyMed offering through the vast database and information technology that is used by many large public entities.
